It is a rendering glitch, the game creates a 'ghost' render of the spawned end portal where it initially tried to spawn it, and because it failed it moves it post render. It goes away when you leave the end.
Thank you, everybody who helped me solve this weird "mystery"! If you want to see this weird render and the black triangle of mystery (Might be another rendering glitch, but acts weirdly! Derp! Just my render distance set down!) look in the video I posted!
Okay, this may or may not be a new discovery, but doing some research, I still do not know what this object is. This is a flat piece with shading when you look at it at the right angle. Anyway here is a video on this that I made. If I am dumb and this is something that can be found on the wiki or something just well known, then sorry. :\
[Because of lack of being on the forums (The update made it really laggy for me! And loading times were perfect before!) and seeing this new chat / typing area, I do not see a "Post Video" button. I thought It would be the "Add link" button, but it isn't. Anyway if you guys can tell me how to add video again, I would appreciate it!]
That's the thing. It is some background object. It disappears when i get close to it, as you saw in the video. It is very weird. If you could also see in the blurry mess (Thanks Bandicam!...and my lack of changing the quality settings..) There was also a black triangle behind it. I want to say it is a glitch, but I just do not know.
I believe that is just the end portal back to the overworld, you can never reach it, it is just a render glitch.
Well that may be true. But the shape of it and all, looks like the outlines of a house or a weird maze of some sort. But whatever it was, it was very weird! I am going to check if it is there when the Enderdragon is not defeated. Because I think I saw it during the fight. But i will check.
Please keep us posted, this may be a world hole or something weird we haven't encountered yet. I'd like to know what happens.
I will. If it is a render glitch as some people have said, I will investigate it. If it is a render glitch, then we will all be fine and dandy. If not...

You are right! Couldn't find that little thing anymore. So the weird chip looking thing is just a render. It must have pretty weird coding to look like that. But whatever. The Triangle shaped thing in the background is still weird though. I know it is probably just rendering, but this happens no matter what! Even when i first went to the end in vanilla! It moves a long with your cursor almost. Other then that, thank you all!

That's probably the fog cutting off the sky from rendering. Try changing your render distance and seeing if it makes it bigger or smaller or if it disappears even.

The Weird shape was a mystery, the Black triangle was a derp!
I play on Tiny during any recordings for a "Almost" lag free experience! (My computer doesn't work well with Minecraft and Bandicam on!) so thank you again!

Only mod on that I remember is Single Player Commands and Nether tools. And It cannot be that because It also see it in just Vanilla Creative mode.
