Can anyone tell me with certainly anything besides glass that an Enderman cannot teleport on top of? Pixeltech had a couple teleport (or spawn?!) on top of half slabs, so Im looking for an opaque replacement.
There are no blocks whatsoever that prevent endermen from teleporting, or that prevent an endermen from appearing on that block as a result of a teleportation.

I seem to remember reading that they don't teleport to slow sand, but that was early into their inception. Things might have changed since then.
In Minecraft, you stick your head in the dirt to find problems.
They can teleport onto everything. Rule of thumb is any space 3 blocks high or more cover it with water.
