Inside the captain's room.. well.. not really a 'captain's room'.. the snail on the table is from a mod.. uh.. pretend it's not there if you want.. o _o'
I've been working on a medieval city. The map got really hilly away from the town center. There were many giagantic hills, so I used hudereds of TNT to blow the terrain away. Took about 8 hours. Probably 25+ hours to build the city. Might make a thread for it someday, but it's a heavy WIP.

Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Let me know if my posts are helpful or if you like them. That's what I'm here for.
I am currently lurking more than I am posting. I haven't gone anywhere.
I don't think anybody else has ever done this much caving:
Yes, I explored all of the caves shown in the second image; the mapping utility that I use, MCMap, only shows caves if they have torches in them - close to a quarter million in all:
Most of that obsidian - enough to cover an area over 600x600 blocks in size - was the result of me pouring water on lava; it is also amazing that there are still 695 monster spawners after I've destroyed nearly a thousand, around half of all dungeons based on the amount of moss stone left, which is close to what I've mined from them.
For another perspective of how big of an area I've explored, the last time I played I mainly explored this cave system...
..which is an insignificant speck at the very bottom near the right side of the full world rendering (which are 10% of their original size); altogether I've mined more than a million resources (ore, moss stone, mineshaft rails, and cobwebs around spawners) from those caves.
I've also walked a distance equivalent to more than halfway to the Far Lands - almost all underground (I estimate the actual length of caves is a third of this distance since I usually walk through the same cave at least twice, this is also consistent with some calculations of cave frequency in 1.6.4 and the area I've explored, which gives some 15,000 individual caves and 700 ravines, plus 250 or so mineshafts):
I've also had several other worlds, all played the same way; this is just my first and longest-played world (over 52 days of real time playing it, well over 100 altogether).
Full suit of diamond armor and tools legitimately in survival mode. I don't usually find many diamonds. Don't go caving much at all.
Oh, and I killed the dragon once. Fun times.

My greatest achievement was creating a giant meat factory paddock complex for all of my animals, then creating a massive library maze. Truly wonderous.
What was the thing that you were most proud of while playing Minecraft?
Eg:
I finally found my first stronghold! It was a fun experience, but being this late-game, I barely lost any pace.
I don't really know why I'm here, to be honest.
Tries to be a punny guy, but fails. At least I'm a fungi.
Kill the ender dragon with no armor, using only stone swords and a bucket of water. Took me ages, but I did it.
You sound like a masochist

When you've played over 10,000 hours in a single game, you start to come up with stupid challenges like this. It's a lot of fun.
My greatest achievement probably has to be building my first pirate ship. Even now it looks terrible but I keep building them and improving.
Screenshot?

I can't build sails well

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
Sadly, it's times like this when I have to say that my greatest achievement is a redstone axe storage system in my tree farm.
Watch out for the crabocalypse. Some say the day will never come. But it will.
Feel free to drop by for a chat whenever.
If you'd like to talk with me about other games, here are a few I play.
Team Fortress 2
Borderlands series (Borderlands 2 is my favorite game, ever. TPS combat is a lot of fun and makes up for the lower-quality story, in my opinion)
Elder Scrolls series
Warframe (IGN is something like That_One_Flesh_Atronach)
Pokémon series (HGSS forever)
Rocket League
Fallout series
Left 4 Dead 2 (Boomer files always corrupt though)
SUPERHOT (SUPERHOT is the most innovative shooter I've played in years!)
Dead Rising series (Dead Rising 2 is one of my favorite games, and the 3rd was a lot of fun. 1st has poor survivor AI and the 4th is bad)
Just Cause series
Come to think of it, I mainly play fighting-based games.
Probably getting a ton of sheep, chicken and cows in the same pen. I'm early in my world
Couldn't have said it better myself.
My greatest achievement was probably killing off a whole herd (?) of Ghasts while standing on a single block over a giant lava lake. Yep.
That sounds insane, just don't get killed.
My greatest achivment is slaying the Ender Dragon with only Iron armour and having a Fire aspect II Diamond sword.
"Your greatest achievement"
I bought Minecraft.
Then the updater won't download, after trying 10 times.
RIP $$$
I guess it would be my farm. It is not anything too great, but I like it. I would have better stuff, but I just don't play Minecraft too often.
Full suit of diamond armor and tools legitimately in survival mode. I don't usually find many diamonds. Don't go caving much at all.
Oh, and I killed the dragon once. Fun times.
Probably me beating Kaizo Caverns by that evil creature Vechs:
Second place would be my WIP CTM map, Chaotic Caverns:
Punching a tree.
I don't waste my diamonds on hoes.
Probably maintaining the same main world for the last 5 years consistently, I couldn't really think of anything else.

A day without light,
A night without breath.
A single star left,
To swallow the rest.
With each light snuffed by a single man's tome...
What will be left to lead HER back home?
