Frankly, i could care less about the modding API. Because isn't he releasing the source code? And that is thousands of times better than just a small portion of it.

5x health means nothing. 25 arrows from long distance. Make it immune to arrows, then it'll be a worthy fight. Of course I've never put one in my game, so if it can go through blocks or is very fast then maybe not...

in 1.6 need a bag or sack, he fastens on the back of the player. in the inventory it needs to be put in place Chestplates. so it will be less protection of health, but will be increased inventory slots)))

Im pretty sure Notch will add a few more things to 1.6 before it gets released like he did for 1.5 with zombie pigmen and supercharged creepers. Its just a matter of time and getting his creative juices flowing.
