Everything in this post will be 100% true. No lies will be told in hopes of sympathy.
Most of you, if not all of you, look down upon people asking for free MC gift codes. I am not any different from the other beggars. I'm not special, my mother is not dying in a hospital, my father is not slaving away for minimum wage. I'm just a 14 year old, middle-class boy. You may think $20 is not a very expensive price to pay for a wonderful game, and I agree with you. For the most part. The first time I tried to buy MC (about two months ago) the payment somehow did not go through. The money, however, was removed from my father's bank account. Ever since then, I had been begging my father to try again for the second time. He does not want to risk it and is not showing any signs of changing his mind. I've been playing classic and watching LPs (Coe's Quest ♥). Which, to be honest, is getting boring.
So I beg some kind soul out there to buy me a MC gift card. I will make sure to repay you SOMEHOW. Maybe not with money, but most other things I can do. Thank you for even spending your time to read this. Think of the puppies.
Step 1. Open a checking account with any bank. Age usually isn't a problem.
Step 2. Seed account with money made from mowing lawns.
Step 3. Buy Minecraft yourself using your own card.
This will get you minecraft a thousand times faster than hoping it falls in your lap.
no not going to help you. but for future reference. especially at 14 dont introduce yourself as a future marine. that may help in scoring the ladies. but it makes you look like an idiot. at 14 you cant even be a poolee-- or drive a car for that matter. lol. have fun being a teenager and in 4 years if you still want to do it, saunter over to the recruiters office. hope they dont make you run in traffic... mine did. (Marines) lol.

If you notice that my post count is low, it's because I don't post often. I lurk.
You could charge five dollars to wash a cars. So you would essentially have to wash 5 cars including tax. Which really isn't that bad at all considering how many hours you'll clock playing Minecraft once you get it.

It's not that simple.
And as for the Marine thing... One of my cousins is stationed in Okinawa, Japan and my uncle is a former Marine (now a firefighter).

1. Isn't that illegal?
2. If they had a mail-in option, that would be a great idea. But unfortunately you HAVE to pay via CC/PP.
Buy one of those Visa giftcards. I assume you live in the US, because you want to become a Marine. Unless Marines are also Pacific-Island jellyfishermans.

Or you could spend your time, building your body and mind. Start a training regime, my best friend joined the marines. He spent all his time training for boot camp constantly, he had no time to play games. So I would recommend that if you honestly want to be a marine that you get your priorities straight, stop begging on the internet, Marines never beg. It's not that simple you say, being a marine isn't simple.

I am in great shape. Believe it or not, I have free time.
And by the way, Noops, ask your Uncle or Cousin stationed at Okinawa what the US military has to say about using military status to solicit gifts. Hint: They frown upon it greatly.

This is Topic Of The Day (TOTD) for me, by far margin.
So if I wrap my head around this, topic creator feels that since he is telling people on the internet that 4 years from now, if he still feels like it, he will choose to walk into a recruiter's office, by virtue of this possibility, the community should, on the basis of this action he might possibily take four years from now, honor his courage in telling us he might talk to a recruiter with a gamecode.

Makes sense to me.
OP, you win 7.3 internets today, carry on.
^^This, plus my 0.4 internets.
Maybe in 4 years your recruiter will buy it for you.

My recruiter just looked at me and said, "The only thing I'm gonna promise you is a damned hard time."
My recruiter told me I'd get honor grad. :tongue.gif:
But annnntyyyywaaaaayyyys, no one's going to buy you MC kid. Just work for it. You can go get Visa giftcards from 7-11 or some other convenience store and pay for MC yourself. Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy!
Both my grandfathers on both my mother and father's side were in WW2. One in the Navy, and one as a Medic.
The one in the Navy was on the ship that would not die. The rather famous ship that was hit by everything the Japanese could throw at it.
He was a fireman, which means he kept the boilers going.
Both my half-brothers, and my uncle in law was in the Air Force.
While I have no exciting Marines in my family, I understand what it's like to have family members in the Military.
However, I urge you to do what has been asked, to get a job, doing anything. At 14, nearly 15, I worked at McDonald's for a bit as a maintenance repair person.
That job was rather nice.
Also, look at my sig, I can't join the Military regardless, so in a way, I am jealous of you.

I was the second person to use the avatar I have. The rest took it from me. The first I asked, he said yes.
I know what I'm doing. I plan ahead, or get tired and screw up everything.
