I love the mobs in this game but to many of them have failed me as pets...until Tom came alone. I caught a cow sneaking into my base during construction and decided to keep it, i named it Tom. For some reason he won't de-spawn, i got so much milk from him but no matter how far i go he is still there waiting for me... I don't want to eat him though.
you...
milk him?

Rejected Superheros:
Steve!
Power: Superstrength! Being able to carry a semi-truck full of rocks and punch trees into lumber with his bare hands.
I had 2 pet pigs. They came from a whole bunch of other animals (which I killed) and the pigs were there. I gave them their own little room (with glass on top so I can see them :3) and then I went into some caves and.... they despawned D:
I had a pet chicken. We were the closest of friends, it was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the non-sequitur of my discontent. I was working on a project when I approached a little one block hole that was an entrance before night came, and in the dare, I say, cutest thing I've ever seen in Minecraft, my soon-to-be little buddy, popped his head right out.
Being a man, I had never seen something happy to see me before and it, nay, he, seemed legitimately happy to see me.
I immediately named him Kenneth, no, not Ken, never Ken, he was Kenneth.
He followed me throughout my project, playing in the water and chicken-noising happily, his feathers became a damp gray in the cold water, but his smile never dimmed.
The next morning, after we had bonded throughout the night. I broke open that tiny entrance where we had first met, and the water outside had allowed an abomination to live through the morning. It approached and fired, a skeleton, and thi-wip went his bow, sending a shot that would have taken my last remaining heart and killed me, but in a twist of fate, it only took my heart. Brave Kenneth, leapt through the air in front of me as I backed away cowardly, the arrow struck him dead centre, leaving behind a single feather.
I took that feather, and despite my precarious situation, knocked out another block and I beat that skeleton to death. I then built a nice, albeit inglorious coffin for him, and then this nice, simple grave site to remember him by.
My pet sheep (there were nine now there are only about five)
They started out white, but over time some have given me gray or black fleeces. It seems they forget what colour they're supposed to be from one shearing to the next. They have been there for about four or five days (several MC weeks).
I have a chest on the island full of the different wool colours.
They never seem to despawn as long as I am working on the nearby docks. I shear them once a day whenever possible.
When I'm done with the docks, I'll have to go inland to work on the main house. I fear they will miss getting treats and figure out that I'm gone. They may go elsewhere or they may try to follow me.
Everywhere that Marky went the lambs were sure to go.
One time there was the cutest sheep in my house. He was stuck in a small indent in the wall. I put a sign under him calling him Bob. One day i set out to work on my mineshaft and I found diamonds! I rushed back to my house to show Bob my new diamonds... but he was gone. After that every sheep I meet always seems to protect me. I think Bob was the king of sheep.
The only real companion I've ever had on Minecraft was an unnamed cactus block on a dead SMP server named "The City of Islands". A couple seconds after I first spawned there, it jumped into my hands from someone's above cactus farm. I had it in my #1 inventory slot my entire life there... Miss it already =(
I had all the following as pets: Zombie named Fred, Skeleton named Phil, chicken named McDonalds, Cow named Billy, squid named Squidward, and finally I had a pig named Porky Pig.
I had a pet creeper, no mods. He didn't explode at all. I pushed him into my house, then minecraft crashed a few minutes later. He was never seen again. :sad.gif:
Ah....All oh pets, each succumbed to my own wrath.
I had..
Woly the Sheep. He was an innocent little one, just in the wrong place in the wrong time as I killed my second house with TNT because I hated it.
Porky the Piggy. He died when I punched him in the face. I always punched my pets to 'pet' them. I guess I petted him one too many times.
Dave the Chicken. I loved him ,he was my first ever pet in my first ever house. He had stumbled up my stairs and ran in when I forgot to shut my door at night. I shut my door, and the poor guy was destroyed as I got mad at him for pushing me.
And...Creepy the Creeper. **** HIM!

I had 4 pets, cow, sheep, chicken and pig. i kept them in my courtyard behind some fences, till they disappeared. The pig was named billy, he was my favourite. the cow was Moo, the chicken Joseph and i didn't have time time to name the sheep

For knowing how much macs suck.
I tried to make a pet of a spider by spawning it in a glass display near the door...
turns out they're creepers, not pets.
he is named
SHAUN
