Download the .zip. Launch minecraft. Go to Texture packs and mods, and click the open folder thing. Put the .zip in there. Select.

I included a detailed readme and installation instructions with Tronic Revamped, you know. =S So few people read them.
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Close Minecraft if it is running.
2) Put both Tronic Revamped .zips inside your Minecraft textures folder.
3) Download the MrMMods Pack (viewtopic.php?f=25&t=55700)
and read its instructions.
4) Run the MrMMods patcher and install Ambient Occlusion. You can install the other mods
too, if you'd like.
5) Download the HD Texture Fix (viewtopic.php?t=46173) and
read its instructions.
6) Open the HD Texture Fix patcher. Check the box for 'Texture Pack' and select Either of
the Tronic Revamped .zip files. Make sure texture size is set to 32x32 and all options
at the bottom are ticked. Run the patcher.
7) Run Minecraft, select the Tronic Revamped pack you want to run from the texture list
and play. If it doesn't work, delete minecraft.jar, restore your backup, and try again.

go to .minecraft and place the zip folder into the texture pack folder.
If it is a 32x32 or above, you'll need the hd texture pack patcher.
