Maybe you could do something with desert caves too? Right now it's just clumps of sandstone if the cave goes high enough and that's just below the sand, maybe the walls and floor could be sandstone (with the possibility of the same ores we have now but retextured onto sandstone for cooler looking caves).

But can you change the jungle temples they seem a bit... boring :/
Let temples use the redstone lock mechanism
(that means there needs to be an order of what buttons you need to push to get the treasure)
Also let the temple have clues that allow the player to find the code, like a picture or a riddle
(Idk if anyone would like this idea)
ONE MORE THING: plz make the temples a bit bigger
P.S make the door hidden so someone doesn't have to just break the door
I actually like all of these. Wow, that doesn't happen often.

You can extract the default resource pack from the minecraft.jar file (if you don't know where to find the minecraft files search for %appdata% from the start menu or similar method for mac) and edit it to use modified textures for your example images. Should be easy enough to just copy the ore pixels from the ore textures and paste them onto any other block texture and save it as some other random block texture to use.
If you do this, though, I suggest you make two variants of the ore snow blocks; one be part snow, stone, and ore...then the other could just be a snow block with the ore texture added.
Support for everything except the lava ruins and caverns. Also can I make a suggestion for canyons? They would be ravines showing in the Mesa biome, except twice as wide and having water at the bottom of the ravine, with islands sticking out.
OOOOOOOOOH
I this suggestion!
Specially the jungle caves; they are awesome and makes jungle deeper, and dangerous-looking.
Suggestion: The jungle caves should spawn more monsters (i mean, darker; less light in it)
Also the mesa-like caves are awesome! Specially those spikes (that i dont know how are they called in english, Stalactite? Stalagmite?)
Looks awesome, and I love the biome caves, but maybe there could be a height limit? So all the jungle caves 20-30 blocks below the surface will have the vines and stuff, 40-50 blocks down will have less vines and dirt, more stone, and past 50 blocks it's all stone. It doesn't make much sense for vines and melons to be growing down near bedrock. Also, instead of it being all dirt/ice and snow/sandstone, maybe it could be like a blend of that stuff and stone. Of course, the percentage of cave wall being stone increases the deeper you go.
Edit: What about the mushroom biome? Giant caverns with glowing mushrooms would kick ass.

This is what I intended. I shall add this in the post.
OP? Relative to who?
Are the dungeons too powerful or do you not like the idea of two spawners? How can I change it?

This is a good idea, but I'm not good as creating textures, so I'll add that as a side-thought.
