Yeahh it's called a cracked server. Basically it's offline mode so that cracked players can also get into. The downside is that cracked players can enter premium player's account. Cracked servers have a plugin that requires a password command when logging onto the server to prevent that and act as a password for the cracked playeres. Offline servers are extremely insecure though, and it is a lot more suspectable to hackers.
The Darkness will win one day, and light's time being the winner is nearing it's end. Because light is overrated.
IntelliJ > Eclipse because better autocomplete and inbuilt command line. Oh, and use the latest version for mods.
