Name: Silverfish Supremacy Wielder: Pickaxe Description: When you mine a silverfish block, no silverfish spawns. Use: When mining.
Name: Rush Aqua Wielder: Pickaxe/Axe/Shovel Description: Mining is faster in water. Use: Underwater bases
Name: Deactivate Wielder: Sword/Bow/Chestplate Description: Only useful in PvP. 20/40/60% out the enchantment of the attacker or the target. Example: If one bow has Flame and Deactivate III and the target has a Fire Protection chestplate, there is a 60% chance that the target will burn. Another one: If a chestplate has Deactivate III and a Fire Aspect sword attacks it, 60% chance that the target will not burn. Use: PvP or skeletons and zombies with enchanted stuff.
The silverfish one is very pointless. Simply not mining a silverfish isn't worth its own enchantment. We already have an enchantment for mining faster in water, it's called "Aqua Affinity". The third one... Having an enchantment that works only in multiplayer isn't a good idea, you'd want one that can work in any gamemode.

The Unofficial Suggestion Guide - Everything you need to know to not make goofy mistakes in a suggestion! Honestly though, you should really go there.
1.) Maybe. While mining around Silverfish Eggs is easy, I too hate knowing there's one block just sitting there.
2.) No. It's called Aqua Affinity.
3.) Maybe. I don't see much use for this in SSP or Adventure Maps, though I suppose custom mob spawners....
1. Now people won't be annoyed by silverfish blocks if they went to an Extreme Hills biome.
2. Aqua Affinity does the trick.
3. Opponents will be harder in PVP. Good idea.
Yeah, these enchantments are pointless, no support. You should use a main thread instead of making one thread for every enchantment idea. One example is googiesh's thread, "New Enchantments". You should use that or other threads.
