suggestion: fix enchanting again please? (maybe remove some of the enchants? or make the good enchants more probable of getting.
What do players consider good enchants?: swords-sharpness,fire aspect,looting,(maybe knockback) armor-protection,feather falling,(maybe respiration,and aqua affinity) tools-all enchants on tools are usefull good job mojang
Despite mojang decreasing the highest enchanting level to 30 enchanting is almost just as infuriating. So yes now enchanting at highest level is easy but now I have realised that the chance of getting a usefull enchant is a lot slimmer. I used to get protIV at lvl 50 like 90% of the time now i find myself having to enchant something at lvl 30 like 3 times until i finily get a usefull enchant.To be honest I do not know the purpose of having enchants like bane of anthropods, or projectile protection. I assume its to make enchanting more random,exiting,and challenging but it really just legitly makes me angry(yes i know its just a game and its not real but the time we spend enchanting is very real.)
Alright so now enchanting will be too easy?: Well to be honest I don't have any ideas on how to fix that but maybe others will
update-Today I enchanted a diamond chestplate 5 times and got nothing but proj protIV and fire protIV only on the sixth did i get protIII. keep in mind i only enchant at lvl 30. I hate to say it but mojang has honestly made enchanting much worse than it was....
this is not just bad luck. almost everytime i want protIII or protIV i have to enchant 2-3 times before actually getting it on the 3rd or 4th time.
I have no problems with the random enchantments, nor do I mind the ones that I consider kind of silly like Bane of Athropods (Give me Sharpness any day over that).
What I wouldn't mind is making it Semi-Random instead. Basically, if you have maximum Bookshelves, the levels shown are 7-8. 15-18, and 30 on each respective tier. Basically I think that I should ALWAYS get a better Enchantment if I spend 30 levels over 15 or 7, even if it is just something marginally or barely better. But that is not the case, as I just spent 30 levels on a Diamond Sword and got a measly Knockback, something you can get with only a few levels.

hmm seems this new enchanting system works fine for other items just not armor well im off to waste my time getting projectile protection IV five times in a row
The game can't just hand you super-OP stuff; you have to actually work hard for it, with luck combined, so you can't get Sharpness 10 Fire Aspect 20 swords all the time.
I don't mind the random enchantments, but blast protection, projectile protection etc should be removed, as the regular protection enchantment is more powerful than the others.

Pro-tip for getting to level 30 fast: build a double cave spider farm, a blaze farm, or an Ender Ender.
