I'm sick of whenever I see mobs suggested or I suggesting mobs. Everybody shoots them down because it is in the mo'creatures mod. Like every animal is in that mod, it's hard to come out with a mob that's NOT in it. And 99% of minecrafts don't use mods, texture packs or anything!

Some people have recently gave Dr Zhark some idea's like the wildwolf, he added that after someone SUGGESTED IT. But I agree some of the mobs/animals people try to suggest are just dumb. But this was kinda of a pointless thread. I don't know why replied to this
On a serious note I understand your anger, I would like to see more creatures added into minecraft that are not mods. Particularly I would like to see some sort of aggressive mob for the water.
I dont give a ****. I don't use mods OR texture packs. I like the authentic feel of Minecraft. That doesn't mean people can't suggest mobs, and anything in the Mo'Creatures mod has been SUGGESTED in the past. Fail
The OP is an idiot. Jeb can't add all these animals to vanilla but you can get them all from mods. What's the difference? Some people don't like whatever idiotic animal you suggested but if they did they already have the mod.
They should just cave in and implement like 90% of Mo'Creatures into vanilla minecraft. Any mod that add's unique things to the game world is not easy to put into MP servers cause then everyone who plays it also has to have it installed.
Just make it vanilla so its apart of everyones game so it works seemlessly in MP without extra headaches.
I thought this was about "stop suggesting mobs/ animals that are in already in Mo' Creatures and other mods." I really don't care if they're already in a mod. I think Minecraft needs a few more animals or biome-specific things that so happen to be Mo' Creatures animals.
Sharks and Crocs would be the first to come to mind. The oceans of Minecraftia (vanilla or not) need Sharks. Not necessarily to be a terror to whoever ventures out in boat (They shouldn't be able to hurt you that way anyways, though they could try to shipwreck you sometimes.), but to be there.. and to be a good sea-chicken, pig, cow, and sheep control. Crocs would fill that role for the waterways in Swamp biomes. Not to mention, Sharks would drop their teeth, for a legitimate way to craft Chain-main, sans mods or cheats. Crocs would drop their skin, which is stronger than cowhide (as crocs are known for their tough skin), but a bit weaker than iron.
Big Cats (or at least Lions) would fit into the Savannah idea someone else suggestion. Not the one we used to have, but the one from that guy that suggested several biomes. Lions would not only be a danger, but also pose competition for the player while in the savannah. See that piggy. Better kill him before Ms. Lion or Mr. Cheetah decides he's tonight's dinner. (Lions and Cheetahs would be faster than you and Cheetahs can also sprint for short distances. I think they're already faster than you in the mod though.) Not to mention, one of the two of the Big Cats would be at home in the new Jungle biome. Oh, and Scorpions would be a unique desert mob that drops venom (instead of string) for poison-tipped arrows and as another way to get poison potions.

"I don't plan to add a new dimension at the moment. It's just to performance heavy on servers, and the current dimensions need more attention before we start adding new ones." < Yeah, like biomes or actual varied terrain in the nether. Nether ruins didn't do the trick at all.

I agree. People, stop advocating that STUPID mod. Mods are for people who play singleplayer, which is for losers.

That makes me a sad Altoid.

Obviously you haven't been here long.
Pistons were a suggestion. Now in the Game.
Melons were a suggestion. Now in the Game.
Get your facts straight before you talk about something you THINK you know.
indeed, but I do believe it is against the forums rules to post 'there is a mod for that' or anything likewise in a suggestion.
also it's more like 40-60% of minecraft players do not use mods, I can't say about the text packs tho!

Actually, pistons were a mod that was implanted and changed a little.
