I love biomes. I think they should mke more BUT I think each new one should have a boss, like in the end (but of course not as hard).

throw raing fierballs and a large volcanon in the darklands biome and hey u got something. however it would be kinda strange seeing a blossom biome next to a darklands or even the wild west one, but hey its minecraft funnyer things have happend

dark lands may need to be made so it can be turned off or very rare like the mushroom island

These are epic looking biome ideas, great job putting the effort into these.
