Do you agree it should be in the next update? - Single Choice
I think this is already an old suggestion.
It would be very helpful for mapmakers if it is in the next update.
kill [player|entity] [dataTag]
Instead of going through scoreboard to specify/tag a certain entity, why not directly to the /kill command?
Current Method:
scoreboard players tag @e[type=Item] add trash {Item:{id:"minecraft:stick"}} kill @e[type=item,tag=trash]
Suggested New Method:
kill @e[type=item] {Item:{id:"minecraft:stick"}}
The problem of putting a data tag in the 1.12 or below version /kill command is that it would kill all entities neglecting the data tag.
