It's not clear from the video whether these are supposed to be storage blocks (e.g. hay, coal, iron), non-recraftable building blocks (e.g. netherwart, hether quartz), or some of each…
I'm not a fan of new storage blocks as they seem like they would largely obviate the inventory management part of the game.
As non-recraftable building blocks; Blaze Powder Blocks are mentioned as giving light (but not how much) and the is no mention of the Blast Resistance of any of the blocks that I could find; this information could be the difference between a good addition and one that is either "meh" or over-powered…
Additional effects are mentioned for Blaze Powder, Charcoal, Ender Pearl, and Signs (that I recall), but – again – more details would be appreciated.
.
Currently I'd rate these;
Interesting, but insufficient detail (Blaze Powder, Ender Pearl, and Signs) >> possible support
Others look like either storage or decorative (possibly both) >> needs clarification, but tending against

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
This is a text forum. Please use words, not a video. You don't need to link your Twitter, Reddit, Twitch and DeviantArt, that's what a signature is for.
If your only purpose for coming here was to show off a video, please use this subforum. If you want to use your video to complement actual text that I can review, this is the forum for that.
Lemme review what little text you did give, anyway.
Blaze Powder Block
Nice texture, but in my experience you don't need that much Blaze Powder, it's hard to use up more than a stack so there's no reason to stock up on it, and it's also hard to accidentally get a large amount.
Charcaol Ender Pearl
Charcoal and Ender Pearls were in the other suggestion. These are one of the few I support.
Eye of Ender
Requires Blaze Powder, not really necessary.
Flint
Definitely necessary.
Cardboard (made from paper)
I don't know about calling it Cardboard. I'm not really sure when it was invented, though, so I can't really say whether or not it fits in Minecraft's time period.
Sign Block
No need for this from what little text you gave. Just to humor you, I watched your video and only then did I find out that this would let you set two different characters. And only then did I think this would be useful.
Spider Eye Block
I might need this for storage.
and Fermented Spider
I don't think I'd need this. If you want a fleshy block, I'd prefer rotten flesh, which is something that's easy to get a lot of and hard to get rid of.
Partial Support.

My avatar is a texture from a small block game I made in Python. It's not very good and it probably won't work if you install it.
I'm very alone in my Minecraft worlds as I don't have a very good internet connection to run a server. If you're like me, you might be interested in my Posse mod suggestion.

Stop.

Adding to all of that, there is already an open topic about adding compressed blocks.

I don't see it as storage solutions, more so more blocks to build with.
Thanks for the feedback
Please sum the idea up, just write "compacting other items like we already compact iron into iron blocks" ain't complicated.
And each of your blocks deserve their own topic, we can't debate about all of em in one thread.
New building blocks mainly. I don't care for storage, but I know others do.
If a block is functional or not, that just makes it a little cooler
