I get offtopic a lot, be warned. I also often mention a Minecraft clone called Minetest. The clone is nowhere near playable with it's default game in my opinion, but it's at least the start of a good open-source voxel rendering engine, and maybe one day it might be decently playable.
it would be nice to have a hire system to get troops in Minecraft.
* a new ore to get coins We don't need coins. We have emeralds.
* new buildings with new villagers to hire troops We have wolves and Iron Golems. These "troops" would be too much. Whatever they are.
* use your exp levels for a new level of troops for example: Get archers
when you have level 20 and costs 20 coins This sounds terribly unoriginal and unbalanced.
No support. Sorry.

Yeah, that guy in the avatar is me. I'm *that* strange. It happens. Sometimes people act like that. Just go with it. I can offer help with suggestions even before you post them - NOT make your suggestions - but help you with them.
for cerroz : With the levels i meant the green experience bar just above the hotbar.
to C1ff : this building would spawn sometimes into villages, just like blacksmiths spawn rarely.
the archers do the same damage as skeletons. So 9 damage.
The levels would not disappear. Because you need to be higher than that level or have that level. Just like the enchantment system.
The villager would be the nitwit (the green villager that does nothing)
please give your suggestions as well.
Why do Nitwits go from being named as a "softer" way to say that they're idiots to being able to fight? If a combat-capable villager was added, shouldn't they be a new villager profession?
Iron Golems are expensive BECAUSE they're so powerful that they need to be seriously outnumbered in order for them to even take serious damage, and usually take such a long time to die without player intervention that only one can defend a village effectively (Well, as effectively as the fact that they're as intelligent as their creators allows).
If you want something cheaper, tame a few wolves. Once you have 2, breed them, which, considering that they can be bred with rotten flesh (Which you're likely going to obtain from merely bringing them into combat) and raw chicken (Which is very cheap, considering that chickens are the most easily-farmed animal in the entire game), effectively means that they're practically cannon fodder as long as you keep a few sitting ones in your base so you can rebuild your wolf army if the rest of the wolves die.
