If a survival player managed to get their hands on a command block they would be pretty much invincible, this would completely break balance. Command Blocks were made for creative redstoning and map making, not survival.
Hmm... The command blocks shouldn't exist, and just have the game code apply the events after you step on the pressure plates. I 100% agree with ThePiDay, command blocks are meant for creative. Plus, the night cycle would break the game, and just having it be so it was set to night would be better. I think that all of the other ones would fit better if they had their own generated structures (maybe spawning in dungeons?) instead of just being littered in caves. Also, what are the chances of occurring and would the pressure plates be stone or wooden? Minimal Support
/kill @e {Type=Zombie} (a good one) This... how is this a trap?
/setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:bedrock That might work. It would just be annoying, though. And possibly a basis for Skyblock, with enough patience of clearing the area out.
/summon Enderman Once again, seems like a good trap.
/difficulty hard No. No. No. Why would a command block possibly break your world by setting it to hard? Not this.
/time set 18000 Seriously? Not this at all. Minecraft has a very serious time mechanic for figuring out how many days have passed based on how long you've played, and this would set it back down to one.
Generation:
Desert temples: 25% chance the top floor has a trap
Jungle temples: 40% chance the tripwire also is linked to a trap
Dungeons: 70% of containing a trap
Extreme hills, swamp, and jungle: 2% chance each chunk has a trap That makes no sense. Why would command blocks and pressure plates just spawn naturally?
Other biomes: 0.5% chance each chunk has a trap Again. That makes no sense. Why would command blocks and pressure plates just spawn naturally?
Command blocks can be sucessfully broken only with iron pickaxes and above: They're supposed to be unbreakable.

Wooden:50
Stone:25
Iron:3.3
Diamond:2.5
Gold:8.3
EDIT: Command Blocks drop nothing.
So, traps that could potentially ruin parts of your world forever, or (if you're difficulty locked) set it to the hardest difficulty, forcing you to get that much better? I don't like this idea. No support.

If you'd like to talk with me about other games, here are a few I play.
Team Fortress 2
Borderlands series (Borderlands 2 is my favorite game, ever. TPS combat is a lot of fun and makes up for the lower-quality story, in my opinion)
Elder Scrolls series
Warframe (IGN is something like That_One_Flesh_Atronach)
Pokémon series (HGSS forever)
Rocket League
Fallout series
Left 4 Dead 2 (Boomer files always corrupt though)
SUPERHOT (SUPERHOT is the most innovative shooter I've played in years!)
Dead Rising series (Dead Rising 2 is one of my favorite games, and the 3rd was a lot of fun. 1st has poor survivor AI and the 4th is bad)
Just Cause series
Come to think of it, I mainly play fighting-based games.
This idea has been stopped.
Reason: Too many flaws. I am a extreme noob, know nothing, and do not deserve to play Minecraft

I have a new idea for Minecraft:

Even provided the Command Blocks could not be collected, then every command except the first would be far too trollish for Survival Mode.
This does not have my support.
