so lets say I open my old superflat world on 1.8 and then it starts generating the default preset!

I cant even convert this preset to the new one:

2;7,2x3,2;1;village(distance=0 size=100),decoration

Can you explain better? Do you mean convert the game or the village? And what of the village? Do you mean their intelligence? Perhaps wait for 1.8 to come out?
