Mobs, Mobs, Mobs
Ever think of a brown-feathered chicken or a more traditional white and black spotted cow in minecraft? Mud splattered pig? Brown wolves?
This, my dear urine factory, is the Mobs Mobs Mobs suggestion that will revolutionize life as we know it, no, EVERYTHING will be revolutionized. Redstone will be easier to use, food will be easier to find and diamonds will fly around and peck at you.
Nah, not for reals but you know, if you actually believed that, you should increase your IQ. Nah, not for reals, I'm not even slightly mean. Nah, not for reals, everyone has made an insult probably at least once. Yah, for reals.
What is the suggestion though? Different textures for mobs. An extremely rare happy creeper faced creeper, the suggestions at the top as secondary textures, baby chicks having no feathers but half the time do, that sort of thing. Like in texturepacks that use MCpatcher.
As shows :
Chicken : Rooster [ Medium-Rare ]
Baby Chicken : Featherless Baby Chick [ Extremely Common ]
Cow : White + Black Cow [ Common ]
Cow : Bull [ Medium-Rare ]
Pig : Mud Splattered Pig [ Common ]
Slime : Slime With Bones Inside [ Medium-Rare (steak) ]
Zombie : Ragged Peasant Zombie [ Normal ]
Zombie : Bald Zombie [ Rare ]
Zombie Villager : Normal Villager Body [ Extremely Common ]
EGGS NEED LESS CLICKS! DRAGONS NEED MORE! CLICK THE PICTURE SO HE CAN GROW! IF YOU DON'T CLICK, HE DIES! IF HES HIDDEN IN FOG, HE NEEDS NO CLICKS AND IS SICK!
This feature could have some potential, but it is fairly vague. You should list at least a few variants of each mob, and answer a few questions. How rare are the variants? How will you tell the difference between similar mobs like Villagers and Zombies? How can resource pack makers take advantage of this? Will the "normal" mob textures remain?
As is, no support. But this suggestion does have some nice potential.

I do like the idea, and I do remember how cool it was when I was using mcpatcher, but I think you kinda went over board.
You shouldn't change things like bosses, that's just weird. Endermen shouldn't just have a green variant in my eyes, but maybe others will like it, I just think it's too gimmicky, maybe some should have purple tipped hands or feet, something that can easily go unnoticed. Bald zombies are just weird, although I did use a texturepack once which would occasionally make headless ones where they just left the head texture blank and the torso had a red hole on the neck, and that was really really cool, but bald isn't.
Crying ghasts sound weird, just a different face that kinda conveys a similar weirdness and sadness the current one does, it will make the atmosphere slightly stronger, which is all this should be about, not making a whole new sport: ghast watching! where you hide behind a giant stone bunker and hope that the spawning system makes you lucky!
No pumpkins on snow golems makes no sense since they only exist because you put the pumpkin there, though the Iron golems make sense, I never really understood how the moss got there between the time i put the pumpkin down and the golem spawned, which is instantaneous.
Overall, your suggestions are too weird for me to support currently, but I will keep an eye to see if you change them, and maybe I will support then.

I like the basic idea immensely, although I'm not sure about some of the specific textures suggested. Green variants for Endermen and the Ender Dragon? I think I prefer them to have a uniform black/purple color scheme. Also, wither skeletons having a chance to look identical to regular skeletons would be very, very confusing.
This would be nice and I do believe the easiest way for Mojang to do this is just add more textures to the Resource pack, and have a coding set in place to pick one at random, or maybe a system like horses. Its a good concept. SUPPORT
But Im not a fan of multicolord Endermen, Creepers, or Dragons.

Nevertheless I support the passive mobs (including wolves) but not the hostile ones.
