You spawn on an island. You can find all the basic supplies there. You have sugarcane, many trees, all the animals + a ton of water ofcourse. Underneath the island you can find THREE CAVE SPIDER SPAWNERS very close to each-other. The seed was found by "evolnemesis". He told me that it was ok to make the video, so thanks dude!
