This Seed contains all biomes within a 2000 block radius starting from [0,0].
4031384495743822299
It is very rare to find 'em all within this radius. I used a batch script to find it.
Feel free to explore this world and post screenshots and reviews.
This seed is gorgeous!
Pros:
- all biomes within 2000 blocks
- 3 huge savannah plateau M biomes
- massive mesa area with wonderful bryce spot
- one of the largest birch forest M biomes (large birchs) i've ever seen, next to mesa bryce
- also lot of standard birch forests all connected north east of mesa bryce
- massive jungle in the east with huge roofed forest inside
- south east: mega taiga und mega spruce taiga
- north: ice land with spikes biome
- NO swamplands in between exept the islands north east (i hate swamps!)
- mushroom biome!
- there's even room for a massive lake/ocean with a lot if islands in it
Cons:
- if you love swamplands don't try this seed
Large abandoned mine complex 254,36,-406 takes you to an entrance in a cave complex on the north western edge of the mine. Been clearing it out for about 3 hours now.Found 3 chests so far, and a dark room full of spider webs I rapidly walled up for later attention once I get some potions - suspect a spider spawner in there. One of the chests contained a book with 2 enchantments and an enchanted leather hat. the other two just melon seeds, iron, bread and a little bit of gold. Should have noted the chest locations sorry.
Edit: definitely a cave spider spawner, 191,35,-311
Zombie Spawner 197,26,-425 Time to build an XP farm. almost enough room for a 23 block drop, hope the bedrock doesn't end up getting in the way.
2 chests nearby - Iron horse armour, 2 saddles, some redstone, a name tag and 4 music discs.
It's called Amidst and there is a link to the topic where it is discussed in the first post of this topic.
It is a stand alone program that can take a seed and then use the routines in the Minecraft.jar and your java run time files to produce a map of the world that would be produced by MC if you entered that seed.
This is MUCH faster than having MC actually generate the world and lets you see very large number of world maps very quickly.
The newest version (3.6) is now out.
Below are the download links.
Exe for Windows, App for Macs, and Jar for Linux and other systems that can use Java.
All three fortresses are located at these coordinates.
755, 23, -308
-7, 39, 877
-641, 19, -322
Note: You will spawn right next to the ender portal (Where there is lava and a silver fish spawner) So for those of you in survival mode take caution and have fun. =)
Also found a sand village that's right next to a savanna and has a pyramid just a few blocks away from the buildings at: 608, 97, -1331
I finally made the jump from Xbox BACK to the computer, first tried the game years ago then my PC decided it didn't want to play it.
For the last WEEK I've been randomly selecting seeds and trying to find one that I liked (so much easier on the XBox to explore the limited world has some advantages lemme tell ya ~(^◇^)/ )
While yes, I do like Swamps (lots of clay CLAY !!! OMG CLAY!!!) But....
It's a good trade off for a world I think I can get my creative on in. Especially the sky islands. While the random 1 block sky islands are offensive to me, the MASSIVE ones call for an Air Benderesque treatment....
Now if I can figure out how to get FTB to work on this Apple my Dad left me.
If so, which biome & where? Coords would help a ton!
Found wolves in the Forest biome at about 1900, -100. Don't have the exact coords, but it's about where I decided to turn back when exploring, after the Extreme Hills+.
this is a fantastic world that helped me discover and see more closely new awesome biomes like Mesa and its variants and the Ice spikes.
I took some cool screenshots, the clashing between interesting biomes looks really good, maybe I'll post them later.
Thank you so much for posting the seed! (:
+1 rep for you
+a billion internets

Credited it to PDX7 of course as I did in the video, as well as a link to this thread.
I see. Thank you very much.
there's a dungeon at -114 20 -33. That chest contains a saddle. Still have to check the nether fortresses.
All three fortresses are located at these coordinates.
