OK, not had much success 'finding' any good seeds myself (usually try out other peoples discoveries) - but I think this one I've found is interesting enough to deserve a post, especially the amount of 'stuff' I've found (so far)
Disclaimer:
Please note all info below is based on the seed being used on Minecraft 1.2.5...
In later snapshots etc the location of places MAY change or even disappear, even though the actual landscape remains the same
Seed tested & Works on...12w03a, 12w05a, 12w05b, 12w08a, 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.5, 12w17a, 12w19a, 12w21b, 12w22a, 12w23b, 12w26a, 12w30a/b/c/d/e and 1.3Pre, 1.3.1, 1.3.2, 12w40a, 12w41b, 1.4Pre. 1.4.6 ... [DEFAULT] world mode ONLY
NOTE: I only used the seed to create a world on the versions mentioned above & checked to see if Spawn was the same. I try to check as much as possible in each version mentioned above but not necessary ALL of it - there IS a lot to check (thank god for the /tp cheat command)
There MAY be differences between versions, but I will try & add those (as I find them)
Will NOT work on [Large Biome] mode
Seed tested & DOES NOT work on - anything before 12w03a

EDIT: hmm weird... when I created my 'world' I used the above number BUT for some reason Minecraft is showing the seed as '-1919321659' when I press [F3] - still it give the same 'world' anyway

I Spawned at +248/+240 (lv64), Underground nearby are 7 Dungeons
The four Spawners in lower half of the picture below are the same 4 shown in the above picture but from another angle (lowest right one [below] is the one closest to you [above])
All dungeons found at the following positions (lv are approx)
+255,+207 (lv53): Skeleton
+349,+199 (lv53): Spider
+255,+145 (lv44): Zombie
+260,+165 (lv43): Skeleton
+294,+193 (lv34): Zombie
+362,+174 (lv32): Zombie

A 'short' travel to the South West of spawn (easily reachable within 1 days 'running') & you'll find 4 smallish villages:-
Village #1: -672,848
Village #2: -288,864
Village #3: -368,1040
Village #4: -880,1120
2 have blacksmith chests with ~4 apples, iron boots & Obsidian in them
Near #1 village [@ Around -683,+837]
You'll find a double Zombie spawner/dungeon near the surface (lv57)
Head to -760,903 & you'll find a small mini Chasm,
where right at the bottom there a rail track leading to a fairly large abandoned mine
Near 2nd Village:
2 mob spawners found @ -394,738 (lv36) [Zombie] and -411,718 (lv16) [Skeleton]
2 largish abandoned mineshafts
@ around -363,792 to -458,886

Near 3rd Village [@ Around -368,+1232 to -356,+1178]
you'll find a large abandoned Mineshaft right next/under to a Ender Stronghold [-361,1175 (lv29)]
Go SOUTH from village well & over the hill.. dig down as shown to land at Ender Portal
Near the 4th Village [@ Around -833,1153]
You'll find a skeleton spawner/dungeon near the surface (about 5 blocks under the lake @ Lv51)
NOTE: this has disappeared in 1.4Pre
Nearby to this (a bit further down) is an abandoned mineshaft as well
If you want a Cave Spider EXP farm, you'll have to dig down a bit @ around 388,274 to 409,283 all the way down to lv 22. Here you'll find FOUR Cave Spider Spawners close together
(NB: Area been cleared to show all spawners for clarity)
Where you can also find a chest (On left of the picture just above the torch) that contains
5 x Pumpkins Seeds
3 x Coal
4 x Iron Ingots
3 x melon Seeds
In a small Chasm [@ -759,+1182] (right next to 4 iron ores)
- Dig down (~lv37) & you'll drop into/next to a Dungeon with a cave spider spawner 'next door'
2 Mooshroom Island can also be found....
#1 Island:
Head directly NORTH from the village @ -288,864 over the sea until you reach -288,-166 and you'll find a large 'Mooshroom' island
Found Zombie dungeon under island @ -305,-249 (lv43) - one chest there contains a 'Cat' record
#2 Island:
Go directly NORTH from spawn until +248,-930 you'll find ANOTHER Mooshroom island with 2 Dungeons (+320,-932 lv67 [Zombie] / +320,-942 lv39 [skeleton]) & an abandoned mineshaft under it

i managed to make 3 tnt from that, and if you explore the mineshaft that you didnt get very far in, there is 13 lapis and alot of bread, lava, a ton of iron and coal, brown mushrooms and a tall grass!
Netherworld
I'd built a portal midway between 3 of the 4 villages (~ -620,1024), on entering the Netherworld RIGHT BEHIND the portal (you have to dig through the Netherbrick and down a bit) you will find a fair sized Netherfortress, with a Blaze spawn @ -150,+219
Also - from exiting the Portal, turn East & you see (depending on your view distance) a [broken] NetherFortress's 'Bridge' - walking around THIS Nether Fortress I had found a DOUBLE Blaze spawn @ +166,+166

Tried the seed with snapshot 12w21b & I've checked a majority of the locations mentioned above to see if they still exist. Everything seems to check out OK [see the spoiler below for what I've checked)

Desert Well @ +75,+206 has disappeared but a Pyramid is nearby @ +98,+161 (mostly buried under the hill, although 1 'tower' is exposed)
The cave spider / Zombie pair @ -759,1182 (lv37) has changed.. The cave spider is still there but the Zombie Dungeon seems to of disappeared (note that the 'iron ore' has also disappeared within the Chasm)
The landscape near the Enderportal location has changed a little bit, it now doesn't have a lake by the tree in the snapshot version

Also - not checked if it exists in earlier versions - but another Desert temple can be found 'nearby' the Hut @ +636, +618.

Great seed, though im having trouble finding the stronghold, ive found the location you've pointed out, but i just cant find the stronghold
That's weird.... I KNOW it's there cause I saw it (& took the snapshot as proof) & this world was created FROM NEW in 1.2.5 (it wasn't an old map imported into 1.2.5)
Although I've noticed I've said the stronghold is NEXT to the abandoned mineshaft in the OP - looking again @ the picture it actually looks ABOVE the mineshaft (I never actually dug down to it - just saw it & reported it)
I will redo/recheck the map when I get home from work to double check & find the EXACT co-ords of the stronghold (I can't run MC on the work PC's as they are VERY old & can't handle OpenGL )...
Perhaps it 'disappears' depending on the version of minecraft you use...

It's because you used a pi with a dot in it and more than 19 digits then it interprets it as a string and convert it by the ascii characters. If you want a seed that is a big number it has to be between -2^63 (-9223372036854775808) and 2^63-1 (9223372036854775807) without any other characters beside 0-9 and minus. So for pi the longests you can do is 3141592653589793238 and without the dot.
It turned out to be a good seed though, nice find.

Head directly SOUTH from the well in the village
- go across the river, over the hill & you should see a tree, then a lake with another tree behind it...
Dig straight down 1/2 way between the lake & 2nd tree (just before you start to 'climb the mountain') to level 29 & you'll end up with the Portal to your right and a 'safe room' to your left (NB: ~ 1/2 way digging down you will 'drop' into a tunnel... keep digging down)
The original picture I did (showing village/Hill) IS a bit misleading - sorry about that, now changed it (slightly) to hopefully make it a little clearer
Also added some new info (& rearranged the post) - 2 largish abandoned mineshaft & 2 Mob spawers found near Village #2

the map can be kinda confusing but use the ocean to loacte the "edge" and then u can use the Biome to determine where u are at (compared to the map) once I found the first village I could navigate easly

I know what you mean - when I started noting everything down for the post - I recreated the world then I ran directly SW (over hills/through water etc) and ran right pass the 3 nearest villages not seeing them & ended up at the one furthest away ... that's how I know you can reach them all within a 'day'.... just !! (the sun was just setting when I got there)
(Later found out it was much easier to play MC, run a distance, pause the game then use AMIDST & (re)loaded the map 'from file'.
This then showed my current position on the map & I could see how far away I was)
