Would really like to know some nice mountainous seed numbers.... Also question... How many digits does the number have to be? Is it any number from 1-very large or a 3 digit code for example?
im sure there are better mountainous seeds out there, but this one is pretty interesting and as far as your seed digit size....416549845165489451.....does that answer ur question? hahahaha hope u enjoy it
I tried some funny seeds. Created new world -> deleted it. Created new world -> deleted it. And so on. Then I noticed that my main savefile, my first savefile... I HAD DELETED IT. :< Now I am almost crying. Is there anyway to get it back? Of course there isn't. How was I so stupid! My precious save! I WNATT AIT VBACKAK. I am alright... I have backups... from year 2010. I have lost my secondary base, most of nether base, my creeper cathedral, my cactisprenser, my everything. MY EVERYTHING. I will never play Minecraft again. THIS IS THE END! GOOD BYE!
And sorry for crying+capsing+spamming+"..."ing
Check your recycle bin. It should be in there if you haven't emptied your recycle bin.
I spawned in an almost flat area that would be really good if anyone had any big projects perhaps with redstone. Good visibility with few hills and barely any trees around this area.

I hope this was helpful.
Wow. That's pretty cool. Could be useful! There's like no really high mountain ranges. Just hills and the occasional mountain. So far that is.
How exactly does a seed work in the game? What does it use to generate the statistics of the world? And does the seed affect what minerals spawn? Or is that handled by something else? Could a seed accidentally make a world with a whole boatload of Diamond or one with none? Or is that handled by something else?
Seed : Snow Glacier snow glacier SNOW GLACIER
You spawn in a huuuuuuuuuuge snow land
Hmm, this and those weird chunk error worlds that spawn with naughty words make me wonder if the game has some sort of detection for the words you type. Is it not completely random? I'd love to get Mojang's input on how the seed engine works.
WOW!
that is definitely one of the most awesome maps and should definitely be on your top list.

For keeping track of seeds (especially those of you who type in random numbers or pound the keyboard), I recommend naming your world the same as your seed. This will help you remember which seed is which level. Also, for those who cannot remember or want to find your seed, use http://mc.42nex.us/ as mentioned in the OP.
As for seeds,
mahboi = nothing special (as far as I've seen), but possibly a good beginner world.
AndroidAR = an icy wasteland (my favorite!) that luckily has some trees nearby.
I spawned on X=0,Z=0, and facing south:
Facing east:
To the northwest, there is a nearby terrain spike, and past that, in the distance, is a large, almost squarish mountain that punctuates the landscape. Beyond it is more hills, and next to it is a temperate microclimate surrounded by the frozen tundra:

No. Seeds only help the natural map generator, you can't get anything you wouldn't get normally.
World seed: Companion Cube
Many, many mountains and trees into the sky limit.
Description: Big mountain range, filled with caverns and ores.
