I am very picky and currently looking for the "Perfect" Seed to make a new survival world on. After days of searching i cant find one that meets my standards. does anyone know of any current seed finders that allows me to search seeds based on certain criteria?

You should be able to set your "criteria" from with MC itself then view the results via a seed finder programme.

'Old' Codger using Minecraft 1.12 on Windows 10 - Mostly in Creative mode.
That doesn't appear to be for Minecraft:Java seeds.

If you aren't part of the solution, then you obviously weren't properly dissolved.
I've discovered the best way to find the "perfect seed".
It begins by realizing that it's not the perfect seed you want, but the perfect location for your base. Then any seed will do as long as you are willing to spend some time exploring the world. In any Minecraft world using any seed, there will be some perfect places for a base; places that meet all of your requirements. I've never failed to find exactly what I'm looking for, although I do have to spend an hour or two running around in the world looking for that perfect spot. I think the farthest I've ever had to run to find the perfect spot is around 15,000 blocks. Most times I find it within 10,000 blocks or so. And in the process I find several village blacksmith shops to loot and, and compile a pretty good list of important locations like mesas, deserts, and ocean monuments for future reference when I get a nether rail system going.

I prefer to use mineatlas.com over amidst but thanks anyway.
Also the customized settings doesn't allow me to modify biomes, except to change to a single biome which isnt what im looking for.
I use Chunk Base (http://chunkbase.com/apps/biome-finder#971957955). Does anyone know of a website or program that will search the bedrock seeds for you to find specific biomes?
