Thanks! It uses base clock of 25 ticks that outputs 3 times per cycle (once after 8 ticks, once after 16, and again after 25). That determines the minute length on the clock. I was able to make it that compact by using a setup of 3 repeater lock counters that feed into each other.
Edit: Oh, and it's also possible to drastically increase the speed of the clock (for whatever reason, although I can't think of one) by disabling the base clock's output.
