hey i was wondering if i could get help with something.
i'm trying to create a setup that means a player who is wearing a specific piece of armour, will gain a particle effect via the use of scoreboards.
although what i'm trying to do is very similar to the following video ( ) i cannot seem to adapt the design to account for worn pieces of armour.
the current set up with command block i have is this:
command block one:
(Repeat, Unconditional, Always Active)
/scoreboard players set @a test 0
command block two:
(Chain, Unconditional, Always Active)
/scoreboard players set @a test {Inventory:[{Slot:103b,id:"minecraft:chainmail_helmet"}]}
the end result of what i'm trying to achieve is multiple people being able to acquire unique armour and upon wearing said armour, particle effects will emit from them individually and independently .
is someone able to tell me where i have gone wrong and what the fix is??.. :/

You missed a square bracket.
thank you for pointing that out.
it appears that the system however is still not working.
/scoreboard players set @a test 1 {Inventory:[{Slot:103b,id:"minecraft:chainmail_helmet"}]}
Apparently this is another mistake.
