I didn't know what other sub-forum to post this on, so i did it here, you guys are smart with redstone, i got into using the command block, and was wondering, if you could use it to teleport into the Nether. simply like stepping on it and being teleported like usual, but into the nether, pretty simply, anyway you would write that in a command block to do it, thank you
Have a testfor on a constant pulser set to /tp anyone within a set radius to the center of the 'inner 2 blocks of a Nether portal' and there you have it.
You can do the same for the End and have them teleported to a space just above an open End Portal.
Though if you're looking for a direct command it doesn't exist, simply because the Nether has it's own set of coordinates, they are very similar to the ones in the outer-world making it a no go.
It would be done in almost the same manner used to create the custom portals I posted yesterday, but instead of moving them when they are in the portal, you would move them to the portal and they would then be forced to use it.

As for DIRECTLY, no. However, you could change a player to creative mode and teleport them into a portal block, then they will be teleported into the nether instantly.

Putting the player into creative can allow the player to give him/herself items in the delay before he/she is actually teleported. Better to just have a Nether portal, than to allow this.

In creative mode, there is no delay for teleporting to the nether. You could put them in creative when they are already in the portal, and then quickly change them back in the nether.

I like to do redstone builds on my channel, and I can probably help you with your in game troubles.
It's true that it's faster in Creative but it is also true that it only takes a second to break a block and that's 1 second too soon. I'd rather it not happen at all ..
This video was mainly geared at folks who had this question.
There were a few who asked, I couldn't remember them all.
It's pretty simple to do the way I partly explain.
With this the user has 2 choices when they enter the door,
Go through the portal or be sent back to the door they went in from.
In adventure mode with mining fatigue and /clear milk, it's as safe as they can get in vanilla, aside from using bedrock but that would require cheats of course.
I included a direct world save (.zip) below the video description.
The reason I used pressure plates instead of clocks is because I can guarantee the teleports won't stop working if on an unloaded chunk or rather the redstone won't freeze.. (ie: nether chunks)
In the video it looks like I am missing though that's not what you're seeing but instead that's me showing what happens when you try to miss on the nether portal, which returns you to the door.

Actually, if your gamemode is changed to creative and you're teleported into a portal, while you can break a block within the 2 or so ticks it takes, the broken block isn't recognized by the background server. You'll see it broken visually, but it isn't actually broken. The gamemode is being changed far too quickly for the server to keep up.
EDIT:
For example:
The left block changes you to creative, the middle teleports you, and the right block changes you back to survival/adventure. This is enough delay to trick the server when you try to break a block in that amount of time. With a little bit of fiddling, you can have no delay between changing to creative and teleporting, thus halving the window.

I use mode tests all the time, though they can be beaten if you're fast enough.
I have beaten them myself.
For example while in adventure mode ill have testfor @p[r=10000,m=1] on a comparator clock with the output set to return you to mode 2 if detected in mode 1 and found if I have my inventory open and ready, or my click finger ready and switch to creative, that I could break the blocks in front of me before the clock fired to return me to mode 2.
Though I agree, this wouldn't be so easy when moving or being teleported, as it would if you were standing still, focused and ready for it and... thanks for that bit of additional info even though I knew that much .. it helps the ones who don't...

Hmm, well there is a method to prevent players in creative from being able to break any blocks during that period of time: fill their inventory with swords. Obviously the issues included are: what if the player has their hotbar filled with stuff already? What if they have some stuff, but their selected item isn't a sword? And when you clear the swords afterwards: what if the player had a sword of the same type already? I assume you could just give the swords a specific durability, higher or lower than they should be, and then clear them that way.
I have to say, I'm surprised there's no reliable methods for making creative players unable to break blocks without the use of mods; it makes for a great "spectator" mode.
EDIT:
And you had checked to make sure the blocks were really broken (logging out and back in, for example)? I can't seem to replicate it, it always ends up being phantom blocks; might just be my fingers being too slow.
This sucks. Given my remote location, the lag is something horrible when I play on a SMP server. When I enter a portal, I teleport through, then I often rubberband back into the portal EVERY TIME I walk away from it. The only way out of this is to disconnect, and reconnect, and hope i'm on the right side of the portal to walk away from it.
A console command to TP into the nether would have made this SO MUCH better for me.
