I've seen some tricky wiring down with command blocks and the scoreboard commands that SEEM to make it that the command block will "turn on" a redstone output if the score is set to the right number.
Basicly, what I want to know is if I can turn on/off or add a score number that will make a command block somewhere else turn on or off redstone.
Example: I am in zone 1 and press the "right" button that tells a command block the score is 1 - a command block in zone 2 is now "on" and opens a door. If I pressed the "wrong" button the command block score is 0 and the block in zone 2 will close the door.
The reason for this is to make it that I have truly "wireless" (in a way) commands from one area "Sent" to some other area - is this a thing, am I getting it all wrong - does anyone have any idea how to do this?
Create a dummy command.
Make a command block with the following command: /testfor @a[score_insertvariablenamehere_min=1_max=1].
Set a comparator to it to open the door.

Make a clock, and to change the variables, you would do
/scoreboard players set @a insertvariablenamehere 1
and
/scoreboard players set @a insertvariablenamehere 0

I still am having issues with this.
I have command block one with: /testfor @a[score_insertvariablenamehere_min=1_max=1]
this should be connected to a redstone diode to power (X)
then I have command block 2 with: /scoreboard players set @a insertvariablenamehere 1
I press a button to activate block and this should turn on block 1 - but it is not doing anything... what am I doing wrong??

thanks -_-;;
/scoreboard players set @a insertvariablenamehere 1

/scoreboard players set @a insertvariablenamehere 0
