Or you could have redstone torches on the outside of the blocks and connect it to a wire that idk turns on a blinking light or releases water into the house.
Interesting idea but I don't think it'd help much. By the time the trigger is lit, most of your house would probably be charred. Also, linking this to a sprinkler might help a bit, but only where the water would cover. Unless you want to modify every part of your ceiling to flood your house, which is griefing in itself. A better way to detect griefer fires would be to put BUD switches under every couple blocks at the base of your house linked to a lava pool trap hidden around the house, and some way to put out the fire.
You could also put a wolf on every block in your house, even walls if you had a lot of trap doors. If any got hurt by fire they would transport to you! Hahaha just a concept
