So I have a world with 13 stacks of redstones and I was building a piston door (using sticky piston) I build it like in the YouTube video but instead of pulling its pushing and lags me than I crashed so i log in again but there is absolutely NOTHING no houses no villages that I build, chests, crafting table if someone know how to fix this please let me know how
I'm getting bored of Minecraft (especially servers). However, modpacks give a new type of gameplay and challenges. Therefore I'm resorting to modpacks. To play. And many other games.
I'm just kidding. Your computer clearly is not capable of running such demanding processes in Minecraft. Google "how to recover a Minecraft save in release 1.8," that will be your best bet. Worst case scenario you have the world but the houses and things need to be rebuilt. Also search up how to duplicate save files, if you're using Windows follow these steps:
1. Go to the task bar
2. Click the Windows icon
3. Under the "search programs and files" type "%appdata%"
4. Open .minecraft
5. Open saves
6. Right click your world & select "copy" (or CTRL+C)
7. Put the world file somewhere else on your computer
After doing this no matter what happens to your world (if it somehow gets destroyed) you have this backup. The only problem is it is a block-by-block copy of WHEN you duplicated the world. Because of this, what you build after copying & pasting the save somewhere else will not be in the new copy.

Backups. Enough said.

You could instead use mcedit to destroy the thing that has broken your map
Or a better computer.
