Sorry the title is confusing, I'll try and explain it.
I want it so when I put an item in a chest with a name made from an anvil, (like a paper with the name "/kill Player1",) would you be able to have a command block take the name of the item and /setblock a command block with that command inside it.
If you're still confused just reply and I'll try and explain it better.

I have a few ideas on how this might be possible ill message back in a day or 2 but if this helps anyone else my idea is you would use testforblock on a chest/container with its correct tag {} if found it sends a signal into another cmdblock with the correct command so if it finds the chest has paper named /gamemode 1 the cmdblock on the other end will be /gamemode 1 @p[c=1]
