What the topic says. Tried the code below but it fails to find the Mob when I splashed it with a slowness 10 potion {Potion Code Below}. As always thank you in advance and any help would be appreciated.

Edit 1: Tried a diffrent command using the NBt Data from a mob with the effect. Sadly still failed to pick up the mob.

To clarify: the "Duration" tag decreases by 1 every tick, meaning you'd need a 20t/s clock to detect it while ensuring that the zombie receives that exact duration or higher. Removing the Duration tag will allow you to detect slowness regardless of how much time is left. You may need to fiddle with the tag-types though:
