You hadn't closed your "ench" tag and didn't close the final "Recipe" sub-tag. You had also forgotten to place a colon after the first "sell" tag. Your fixed command:

Several things: there is no tag called "SpawnCap", you are looking for "MaxNearbyEntities". There is no tag called "SpawnRadius", you are looking for "SpawnRange". Your "id" in the "ActiveEffects" command needs to be capitalized like so: "Id". "IsChickenJockey" is not a currently applicable tag.

Hey Guys! I'm trying to apply fire resistance to a mob I created infinity, but it tells me that it Encountered multiple top tags, only one was expected. Here is the code, thanks in advance if you can fix it!
The potion effect: {ActiveEffects:[{Id:12,Amplifier:2,Duration:10000000}]}
The mob command:
/summon Zombie ~ ~1 ~ {Equipment:[{},{},{},{},{id:397,Damage:3,tag:{SkullOwner:MHF_Herobrine}}],CustomName:Herobrine,CustomNameVisible:1,Attributes:[{Name:generic.maxHealth,Base:125},{Name:generic.movementSpeed,Base:0.3},{Name:generic.attackDamage,Base:15},{Name:generic.followRange,Base:50}]}
My messed up command:

Note that there are several brackets up along the left column. There should only be one closing bracket; what's happening is you've closed the entirety of the dataTags after you closed the Attributes, and then attempted to open it up again. That's where the "top tags" error comes from. What you instead need to do is move the ActiveEffects tag back into the original dataTags. One thing that needs to be fixed is just a missing comma after the 'attackDamage' attribute set. Here is your fixed command:

What ever I do, it always comes up with some sort of error, weather it be Multiple Top Tags, Only One Expected, Or Unbalnced Square Brackets, Or Unbalanced Curly Brackets. Please help!

i have this command /summon Fireball ~ ~8 ~ {ExplosionPower:9001}{direction:[0.0,0.0,0.0]} data tag parsing failed and it says multiple top tags only one expected help me please
All of your data must be encased in a single set of curly brackets, each separated by commas:
I am making a Bugs Bunny mob based off the DinnerBunny concept, but the mobs don't spawn and the code is so long due to the pesky new UUIDs and texture data stuff that I can't see what the problem is and how to adjust it - I tried but I just got a headache haha. Anyway here's the code \/

Some unbalanced brackets, a couple odd invalid quotation mark characters, and the "id" tag for SkullOwner should instead be capitalized to "Id":
Okay, mine is very complex, and I've been working on it for like an hour. It's a special zombie that has a bunch of upside down invisible, invincible slimes under it, with a minecart spawner that spawns potions of harming every so often. I know each part of this works separately, but when I went to combine them it wasn't working. It says unbalanced brakets, but if I delete a bracket off the back it says multiple top tags
I'm getting an error with this, where I'm trying to give myself a sword.
/give Taitou1 diamond_sword 1 1 {<{{display:>,<{Name:"Taitou's Energy Sword"},<color:>,<"4c7f99">,<Lore:>,<["On the blood of our fathers, on the blood of our sons."]>}}><{ench:>,<[{id:"Sharpness",lvl:"5"},{id:"Fire_Aspect",lvl:"5"},{id:"Looting",lvl:"5"}]}>,Unbreakable:,1}
The error is always unbalanced brackets or unable to find name/value seperator. Someone please fix the command and send me the fixed version!

I'm trying to get a diamond sword that is unbreakable, has the name "Energy Sword", has the lore "On the blood of our fathers, on the blood of our sons.", and is enchanted with sharpness 10, fire aspect 5, and looting 5. If you can get this command correct, please let me know! I've tried over and over again, but it's always unbalanced brackets or multiple top tags or unbalanced curly brackets, or unable to find the name/value seperator.

I have created 2 working NPC villager traders, but the Fireworks vendor is giving me quite a bit of trouble. The command below works, but I want to add another tag to customize the Firework Rocket name. I have tried several different combinations of tag, tagB, commas, and brackets to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Working Command:

I was able to generate nearly what you need on the generator below (the levels of the enchants and spawn location is different, but it does work).
