Bug name: Lighting glitches in SMP and SSP Version: 1.4.6 Details: On servers, both types have happened, but on SSP I've only seen one. In SSP, you will get a bug where torches are lit up but do not give any visual lighting to the area, only the block it's sitting on will be lit. In SMP, you get that + a problem where torches dissapear but still give off light. Some lighting glitch happens where player-owned? entities are black or change shade based on the light level around them even though it is lit up. If you go into a 2x1x1 sealed area that is lit up by a torch for example, any item held will be black (At least in SMP). It also occurred with wolves in caves when they were tamed by a player (+ invisible torches on walls). System: Windows 7 Home Premium
I threw together a little video showing some of the bugs that I found.
Bug name: Signal-emitting blocks disappear and remove block underneath. Version: 13w01a Details: I was playing with TNT and the daylight detectors, I had a tower of TNT go off when the sun rose. Strangely, the tower stopped exploding halfway. When I tried to put down a redstone torch or another detector, it disappeared along with the block it was placed on. I also couldn't get any of the TNT ignited. I had to restart the game.
Bug name: Trapped chests don't emit a signal/effective signal. Version: 13w01a Details: Do the trapped chests actually work? When I tried it, only one block of redstone dust emitted particles, and it was not lit up like normal redstone should have been. It didn't travel the length of my wire, and didn't cause the TNT at the end to explode.
System: i5-2400, GTX 560ti
That's all I've seen so far, anyone else experienced these problems?

Bug Name: Incorrect Piston Power
Version: 1.4.5
Kind of hard to explain, I'll post pic and try to describe:
As you can see on the right, the piston is extended, however it is receiving power from the block above it. The Powered Repeater is putting power through that block and into the piston below. I have never had this happen before and have built contraptions that rely on that piston extending/retracting while the repeater is on. Causing redstone on the other side of the block to power.
The Piston on the left is off, I placed a torch behind it, extending it. This caused it to be exactly the same as the contraption on the right, except the piston was on the side instead of underneath. I then removed the torch and the piston retracted as it should.
i started a new world and there are random gaps in the forest biome where the trees are cut in half and when i'm walking in that area i walk into some sort of invisible block and get stuck. Here are 3 screenshots of it
EDIT:
I've also discovered that alot of the bottom parts of cacti are 'invisible' and when you walk into them, you take damage.
Bug Name: Non loading strips in newly discovered chunks.
Version: 13w01b
Details:
When going across the surface, there are often times that things don't load. Examples of this are trees, lilly pads, snowfall, village portions, cacti, grass, etc.
It is always 8 blocks loaded, 8 blocks unloaded. If the base of the tree is in the unloaded area, the whole tree is "invisibile," but still there. The game glitches and I shake trying to get through what the game sees as a solid object.
I have also noticed that this happens when you load up a map, or are carrying a map and it has loaded new portions of said map. It happens less often, if at all, when you do NOT have a map with you or have looked at one during that session. I can not confirm the latter because I haven't noticed the glitch while having a map, but the glitch always happens when I am mapping an area.
When I save and quit to title, then load the game again, said "invisible" objects are there and I can interact with them again. This happens when I go to a portion of the map that has NOT yet been loaded.
If I may, an educated guess would be that it is in the algorithm used to "show" new portions of the map. If it's been uncovered before, I haven't run into this problem, with or without a map.
Bug Name: No Biome Specific Grass Color on Fancy with new texture system in 13W02a Version: 13w02a Details: The biome specific shading for the sides of the grass blocks no longer seems to be working in the latest snapshot (13w02a) They just have the same stock color you would get as if on fast graphics.

Bug Name: Double-Click Inventory Version: 1.4.7, snapshot I don't know how to find. Details: Instead of the normal, clicking something in inventory once, and then mousing over to the spot you want, and dropping, I have to double-click and hold to drag it around. It's quite annoying And as far as I know, it won't let me stack to 64 if I have, eg, a 61 stack of dirt and a 3 stack I want to miss.

Bug: trapped chest noises
When Placed in this order and facing south;
The Double trapped chest, plays the opening sound twice over itself,
Same with closing the chest.
And the single trapped chest makes no sound at all.
It doesn't occur right away, you will need to Re-load the world at least once
