My only issue with this new launcher is that it won't let me launch an older version of MC. Someone found a seed that spawns him near a Woodland Mansion, but it's a 1.11.2 Seed, and the launcher won't let me revert to that version.

First of all: 1.12 uses exactly same terrain gen, as 1.11.2, it shouldn't affect how Woodland Mansions spawn.
Secondly: The launcher let's you choose whatever version you want to. You see the launch button? There should be triangle/arrowhead that points upwards, by clicking that, you can change the version you want to play. It's not that hard! For proof, check the attached pictures.
Even though the launcher isn't as good, as it could be, don't state something, that you can't prove to be true.
And it doesn't matter what language your launcher is set to, it's still the same launcher.
I've cleaned up this thread. People, if you have issues with running Minecraft, please post a thread in the Support forum section. This thread is for discussing the new launcher, not for complaining about Minecraft crashes or asking for assistance with it.
Then they should've been scoulded at.
My heavily modded 1.7.10 usually launches quite slowly but thanks to this new lsuncjer, it load alot faster.
Dinnerbone should've been scoulded at by now...
Finally, they listened. No moar crashes from the launcher itself.
