The only "logic" to world generation seems to be that similar biomes usually generate as biome groups, like several jungle types together. However, biome groups don't necessarily generate in logical progression.
If you know the seed or have access to the .dat file, you can use ChunkBase's Biome Finder online. If you don't, you'll just have to keep exploring.
In general, land biomes generate in 3 different clusters. Cold, Dry, and Green biomes. Cold biomes only consists of Snowy Tundra and Snowy Taiga. Dry biomes consists of Plains, Savanna, and Desert. Green biomes consists of Swamp, Dark Forest, Birch Forest, as well as Plains, Forest, Taiga, and Mountains.
Four land biomes are relatively more rare, Mushroom Fields generate in Ocean biomes, Badlands in dry biomes, and Jungle and Giant Tree Taiga generate in green biomes.
I searched for a pattern and only managed to confirm what the wiki says. Jungle biomes border other "Green" biomes more than anything else (Even deserts and Savanas). Sadly green biomes are common enough that they aren't indicative of anything.
Here are some screenshots I grabbed around the end of my search:

I should point out that my sample size was kinda small (Around 30 jungles) so maybe there really is something out there and I'm missing it.
In my experience biome generation is pretty unpredictable, so if you find a warm ocean, a jungle could be near or it might not be near. My current 1.14.3 world has no jungles or mesa biomes near spawn which I confirmed using Amidst. I finally decided to travel a long long way to the nearest jungle and to my great astonishment I discovered a small jungle teeming with parrots and ocelots on my way that Amidst didn’t predict would be there. It was on the edge of a mesa and a village sat directly on the border. Part of the village is in the mesa biome, part is in the jungle biome and part is in a plains biome. I still need to find a bamboo jungle, but I’ve settled down in this village for a while.
My point is that luck plays a huge role in biome generation.
I suggest that you download Amidst v4.3, run it, select a VANILLA profile for the PCMC version you prefer,
and start hitting Ctrl-R. (the link is in my signature)
That will cause Amidst to display the biome maps of random seeds.
Hint: Place Amidst in it's own folder and create an empty file in that folder named "history.txt".
When Amidst starts up it will detect that file and from then on will create a log of every seed that it displays.
That way, if you hit Ctrl-R too quickly you can find out what the seed was of the previous map and redisplay it.
Ctrl-H gives you the seed input dialog.
I use Notepad++ as my default text editor as it will update itself if Amidst adds a line to history.txt while it is open in a Notepad++ tab.
Performance note: If you are looking for a specific biome at spawn for a 1.13.2 world, I suggest that you run Amidst with a VANILLA 1.12.2 profile to search (the world maps will be displayed about 3 times faster than with 1.13.2). Once you find a world that seems to fit your needs hit Ctrl-C to copy the seed to your clipboard and switch profile to VANILLA 1.13.2 and use Ctrl-N Ctrl-V to enter that seed back into Amidst and display the 1.13.2 map.
BTW: It is possible to have TWO instances of Amidst running at the same time. I currently have one for 1.12.2 and another for 1.13.2 running.
That way I can search random seeds quickly with 1.12.2 and if I see an interesting one copy and paste the seed into the much slower 1.13.2 instance.

Hi. Is there a logic behind macro-biom generation?
A have discovered 4 maps with maximum zoom level, but no jungles yet.
If I find Warm Ocean biom, does it mean that Jungles could be somewhere near?
Or if I find ship made of tropical wood, is it a sign?
Should I look near Desert and Savanna bioms?
Can Jungles generate near Taiga or some cold bioms?
P.S. Did not find Mega Taiga and Mesa also

Gotta say I doubt it though.

What great tips, thanks so much for posting this!
Thank you all!
But
use apps and websites for world analysis is kind a cheat for me.I would like to find bioms using in game mechanics.
But since there is no much logic behind bioms generation - I will just explore the map
