Hello 7 years ago I met a player on a minecraft classic server and throughout my entire time of playing minecraft, I've dedicated some of my time searching for this player. I remember there use to be sites in which you can do this but, I have no luck in finding it. I don't want to sound creepy or anything but I'm pretty sure they changed their skin recently. I would really like to find this player and I hope you guys can help me.
MC login verifications system would (possibly) have such records, but there are major going to be major legal issues related to privacy in any outside party gaining (legal) access; and that presumes MS/Mj doesn't avoid possible lawsuits by simply not retaining this data.
If you're serious about trying to find a player, posting "personal ads" in such fora as permit them may be your best avenue…
publishing your contact info with a request that so-and-so be in touch would also avoid many issues.
(It might even be acceptable for you to request that anyone knowing the player forward your message.)
Otherwise, trying to track someone (or his activity) is very likely to be seen as "creepy"…if not actually illegal.

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
