That project was published originally in Nov. of 2012. So, at best, it was built in Release 1.4.5, probably a much earlier release considering the immense amount of time that was needed to construct that thing.
You didn't specify what release you wanted it in.
Also, why the seed "164311266871034"?
Other than the fact that it generates an infinite string of connected mine shafts in 1.12.2 and 1.13.2 and probably earlier release also.
EDIT: I just checked. It does it all the way back to release 1.2.5.
Wow! That is a SERIOUSLY messed up seed/world.
EDIT: Minutor shows that ravines are also repeated north-south.

If you aren't part of the solution, then you obviously weren't properly dissolved.
FYI, that seed is the base seed for 65,536 seeds that will produce the same infinite mine shafts and underground ravines. (maybe caves too).
To find the others you need the old Windows 7 Calculator program, just Google "old calculator windows 7 download" to find a site to get it from.
Underground features creation routines only use the lower 48 bits of the 64 bit world seed.
Set the calculator to Programmer mode and enter "164311266871034" and you will see that the upper 16 bits are zeros.
If you want a different above ground world set any number of those 16 upper bits to 1, hit Ctrl-C to copy the resulting decimal value, and use Ctrl-V to enter it into Amidst or Minecraft.
Make sure that digital grouping (commas) is turned off or Ctrl-D/Ctrl-V won't work as expected.
For example, below is the map of the next seed, "445786243581690", as it would be in 1.12.2.

Ill have to try that, looks a lot easier than other methods for finding a seed. I found one tunnel, near bedrock, it had ceilings nearly 20 blocks tall, would be good for building a base. Like I said before, I just think those are fun to explore and mess around in. Also, I like to build but prefer mining instead of using creative mode, so its a nice cheat for easy mats lol.
I want to load a schematic, but haven't had any luck yet, does anybody know how or know of a website with a good tutorial, I haven't had any luck yet, thanks! https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/massive-stargate-atalntis-project/
Would it be possible for me to give someone the seed I want it on, and they load it and give me the seed? If so 164311266871034 is the seed.

i wanted that seed just because they are fun to explore, especially once you find an infinite mine shaft.
