I recently played 1.1 just to see what it was like... I was baffled by the weirdness of EVERYTHING. The creative menu did not even have different TABS. I thought, "were are my banners?"

It's because this is a very old version. Creative tabs weren't added back then, nor were banners. Also the textures had changed over time, they updated them like they did with the colors in the 1.12 snapshots.

Ah, that's my nostalgia right there. I started in b1.8, I remember release, 1.1, the 1.2s, and being so excited for 1.3!

1.1 was a blast. May create a 1.0/1.1 profile, and go play an old seed I used at the time.

I cannot believe that tools suffered durability damage in creative. I barely remember that.
