Hello, today I noticed I couldn't log in. I haven't played for 4 days. Turns out, according to NameMC, the username was changed. I never told anyone my password, or even my email address, so I realized I've been hacked. I can't change my email or password because I'm not getting any email to let me change the password, yet never received one that told me the password or anything was changed, which I thought was strange. I've owned this account for about 4-5 years and the account was on my mom's email. I have access to it but the email was deleted and I guess neither of us realized the email was important, and thought it was just a receipt to tell us it worked. I've emailed Mojang but they're stuck on emails from January 23rd. Anyone have any ideas? I had played and recorded some videos for youtube the day before it got hacked, but never got a chance to post them. Think that could be used as evidence since it wasn't a video ripped from youtube? (As well as many screenshots of me playing and even one where I was logged on but without the usernames or password working.)
I'm quite sure that Mojang keeps at least some IP logs, and those are also evidence in your favor. But you need to report it fast. Don't wait for an E-mail, go to Mojang's support site, with E-mailing their support address as a fallback.

I did some CraftTweaker scripts for Mystical Agriculture. They fill in a couple of small gaps in MA, and also let you make or duplicate not only vanilla plants, but the blocks, plants and wood from Quark and Biomes O'Plenty. Also spawn eggs for most vanilla mobs! The scripts are here on Github.
I bought my account in 2012 and I accidentally deleted the email of my transaction code. I tried to reset to reset the email or whatever, but I'm not getting any email to reset my password, nor will any security questions come up because it keeps saying invalid credentials.
If you don't know your transaction ID, your account is as good as gone.
I seriously doubt this. Mojang surely has several back-up ways to verify someone's account ownership, including checking the IP addresses of recent logons. Talk to them.

I did. I was told to contact Skrill, the company who handled transactions at the time(according to the email) and when I couldn't produce a transaction ID, the whole thing just flopped. I wound up buying a new account to save time. Perhaps things are handled differently now. But my transaction ID email is still sitting in my inbox, just in case.
I contacted Mojang as well as followed the instructions to obtain the transaction ID as I lost it. If I get the ID but no support from mojang in a week, I'll send a new ticket with the Transaction ID.

I don't remember which credit card was used or even if I have it still, that's the issue.
