I'm currently an administrator of an OP Prison server, called MineOrb. We're trying to remodel the server completely to become EULA (End User License Agreement) compliant, since nobody plays anymore. What things can I add to the server that will still follow the EULA?
Also, should donators be allowed given more plots to build their houses and player shops on than non-donators? On Hypixel's Housing server, they sell larger build areas for in game currency, and donators recieve a discount.
More plots or discounts for "donators" would both be against the EULA.
You aren't allowed to give the "donators" anything that affects game play, having more room for building or not having to mine/farm as much to get another plot affects game play.
Purely cosmetic things like hats or pets (not battle pets, at least not ones with different stats) are the only examples I know of that are allowed.
In short, unless the 'perks' for donators are one of the following, it's most probably against EULA:
1) The perks are purely aesthetic/cosmetic (ex. particles, pets, ... etc.)
2) The benefits/advantages of perks apply universally (ex. If a donator receives benefit/advantage, so should the rest of everyone on the server - yes, that means donators AND non-donators alike)
Good luck doing this on an OP server. You'll just be laughed at and spat on by anyone willing to toss cash at you. The EULA really is not compatible with the OP model in terms of offering only cosmetics.
That said, you can't only offer just cosmetic perks. To even remotely get people interested in donating, you'd need to do some kind of booster system that would give every single user X number of donation perks if Y donors are online. This is compatible, and will somewhat satisfy donors, but you'd need a developer, or use something like Skript. Either way, it's time-consuming and difficult.

Just testing.
