I would personally consider it cheating (but then again, if you saw how I played Skyrim, I'd be a hypocrite :P), but it's up to you.
There's no almighty Minecraft council that will frown upon your actions if you go to creative, and neither will any of us, just do whatever is fun for you.
(If you mean for achievements, then yes, it is considered "cheating" by those standards, and you will not gain achievements from that world)

I don't think so.Cheating is when you optain an advantage through unintended means(its basiclly "hacking" as MC players say it) and creative mode is official so its not like you are cheating and also you are not optaining an advantage over anyone so it would not really be cheating.

The "unfair advantage" doesn't have to be in regards to other players. If you are doing something to bypass the given restrictions of the game mode, you are cheating. Period. The real question is if you individually care about it or not. If the OP does it and doesn't care that it is cheating, then there is zero issue here.

I think that since he doesn't have an opinion and is asking for our own,it would mean he can switch to creative without it being cheating.Again,he has no points of saying it is or isn't cheating as he does not know what to do,and is asking us for help, which renders the opinion point useless in the argument,he is clueless of which is correct and which is cheating.
Well, in a singleplayer sandbox game where the point is to do whatever you want, is there really such a thing as cheating? In singleplayer minecraft you basically make your own rules.

note: Then I mention a group of people in my posts, i mean the majority of information i have seen from that group, and my statement may not be accurate for every individual in that group.

Cheating is cheating. Singleplayer or multiplayer, it doesn't matter. Changing game modes in order to spawn in some sheep is cheating in every sense of the word. All that matters in this case, however, is if they care that they do it, since they are cheating themselves. If they don't care, then there is no issue. If they do care, then don't do it. Simple solution to this question that has come up countless times. There is no need to make this any more than what it is. There is no reason to try and turn this into some existential moral dilemma or the like.
Is it cheating? Yes, by definition, it is. Does it matter? That is up to the individual since it is singleplayer and only effects him.

Well, if its affecting you and only you, go right ahead! Whatever helps you have fun in a single-player world, do it. I'd be hypocrite to tell you no because I've done something similar, switching from 'Normal' to 'Peaceful' in a situation where I was a about to die. Yes, it is cheating though like some of the others have said.
I play minecraft pe on my tablet. I am in survival mode but if i switch to creative mode and survival, it is ok or theres a cheat?
It's ok or its considered as cheating? switch only in creative mode to add sheep in my farm.

It would be considered "cheating" for the purposes of a "no cheating" survival world.
But otherwise, if you're doing singleplayer, go for it if you want. Nobody's judging you for it.
I believe switching to creative in a survival world would be generally considered cheating.
However, switching from hard/normal/easy to peaceful is okay. It's okay as long as it's still survival.
