So, it seems that now, when you tame a wolf, its collar starts as orange rather then red.

Alright guys. Apparently in one of the snapshots, all the Wool ID's were switched around (for example, white sheep dropped dark grey wool). They fixed in in all instances except dog collars, so it is a bug.
