When i launch minecraft it says Play Offline only... On my favorite server (3k people on at once, all the time) only has 360 people on it... and every server i join even the ones with no players on it say Failed to login: Server down for maintenance. What is going on!!!

Authentications not being up happens quite often, you just have to be patient and stay updated on the Mojang news.

Ive seen Many Authentication failures, but this one is lasting longer than most.
