So, I noticed that you can't play "in browser" anymore. Why? Also, I was thinking. How could I embed the minecraft player into a website. I have a server with necessary stuff and stuff. Anyone really good at this? Thx.
Ok, so I think I got my answer. Thanks deadbuilder1!
You cant embed the game into a website without a ton of work... might not even be possible.
All you can do website wise is use a bukkit plugin and interact with a website using PHP but even that is limited. You cant play on a browser
You could look on one page where you play the game (such as http://minecraft.net/classic/play) and press F12 to look through the script, for one example. It's classic, though, so the current version would need a LOT more resources.

My fan fiction of the game: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1957118-programmer-my-first-fan-fiction/#entry24096758
This might help you. However, you'll have to get the class name from Minecraft.net and copy a few things.
