Not sure if this counts, but I go on a hardcore survival server, and every rainfall has lightning. If you stand under a tree, you're pretty much guaranteed to get struck. The first time it happened to me, oh my, it was scary. xD

I was playing in one of the 1.5 snapshots and was messing around with tnt minecarts and lightning struck one but since both minecarts took the same space they had a "nuclear minecart" effect that obliterated me, my home, my diamond gear, and my mob farm. Lightning sucks.
Never naturally, but from commands, yes. Being HIT by lightning naturally, yes, twice actually.

Multiple times as a matter of fact.
It makes you jump when you get hurt and catch on fire randomly.
