I have spawned many worlds that have the dumbest spawns. One time I spawned in the middle of a large deep body of water. The worst of it is I spawned underwater. It sucked. Every time i died before I made it to the top. Anything like this happen to you guys and girls.
99% of the time i spawn on either:
1. A survival island with 1 or less trees
2. A taiga
3. A plains with nothing in it right next to a desert with nothing in it right next to a jungle with nothing in it.
Ive spawned underwater before, but there is no natural terrain that deep enough to make you drown 100% of the time. The deepest the oceans get takes about half to three quarters of your air bar, so either you suck or you're exaggerating.

I am sorry man, But because of yours and dontstealmybacon's disagreement i decided to test it out my self, you would need to spawn at level 10 or lower to die from suffocation. of coarse if you spawn and you lose time trying to figure out were you are you would die is "shallower water" (being like 40 blocks deep) but unless you spawn in a very deep ravine (which would seriously suck!) your not going to die from swimming to the surface.
Any way to put it in perspective. the lowest ocean level i could find (that wasn't connected to some underground formation) was 43 blocks deep and the surface being at 63 blocks high, a 20 block difference. you are able to swim about 50 blocks high through water before it kills you. so anyway you need to be a diamond level and deeper to drown.
I know that feel bro... I don't really like jungle biome since i can't see the horizon with those tall trees i only like it for cocoa pods, temples and cows but i always spawn in jungle...

Leafeon used Magical Leaf!
There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers what the Universe is for, it will be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.
In the older versions, I used to get stuck in large, deep bodies of water, thus resulting in suffocation. If that doesn't happen, it's either a jungle or some sort of arctic region, whether it has trees or not. If I'm extremely lucky, I get a nice forest or plains with a forest nearby and a river.

Thank you for taking your time to test it. Spawns are random. anything could happen. So do you believe its possible?
