Snow. The fluffy white stuff that falls from the sky. We all love it, and it has made a return to Minecraft. I like the new Tundra biome over the old, but one thing irks me. Grass. It grows naturally since (insert update number here) and I think it gives Minecraft a more natural look. Except when it grows in the tundra. I don't know about you guys, but I prefer a a clean white snowy landscape to a blotchy one any day. Just doesn't look right. I may be a troll for cosmetics, but I just find the grass/snow situation ugly. I imagine that Jeb or Notch will change it someday, but then again, they might not......
I haven't seen it myself (haven't played since 1.8), but take a look at a real tundra:
Not all covered in snow, is it? It is, as you described, a mix of snow and grass.
You fail to understand what makes games fun. If games were realistic, you would buy MW3, die once, then need to buy another copy to continue playing. Similarly, there are no zombies, skeletons, nor creepers in a 'real tundra'.
What I'm trying to express here is that realism shouldn't be everything; it may not be realistic, but it is more aesthetically pleasing to have an all white Tundra. I for one support the OP in this endeavor.
Realistically, grass grows in a tundra, as do trees. But when we forget the realism, MC jus looks ugly with the grass. Though, if Jeb and Notch redid the grass as white, and let snow cover the block the grass occupied, it would look fantastic.

Yea, but that is not very likely to happen.
Personally I just go out and smash all the grass in my winter wonderland, or at least all of it in the vicinity of the area I frequent. Then I replant all the non-evergreens with the proper sort of tree (in my opinion) for a snow environment.
Terraforming is the best way to get things done in MC.

Though I disagree with no grass at all, I think this would be a wonderful addition.

It doesn't matter whether I support or object to the subject at hand, if your argument is stupid I am against you.
