It's not uncommon for them to do it in their videos. If anything they should've known before hand. I wouldn't be surprised if a couple thousand of their subscribers are kids. Besides kids are swearing more anyways.
I remember watching it online, it must've been during their videos. I know they tried to censor themselves while on stage. They probably never thought of censoring those as well. As they said it was last minute. I know the 99% of us enjoyed the Yogscast panel.
Notch has a point. Cussing in front of children is bad. D:
PROTECT THE CHILDREN, OH GOD THE HUMANITY. I knew plenty of swear words by grade 2-3, as I'm sure most people do. It's impossible to protect your children from these words (nor should you). As long as you teach your children to respect others, these words are fine.
Seriously tho there is no conclusive evidence proving this tweet is directed at yogcast, but since we have so little to go on (common notch!), they are the most likely suspect.
Considering how stupid Yogscast is to begin with, I don't see why so many people flock to it. It's a guy talking about Minecraft, wooopdidoo!
It's actually 2 guys and some extra's doing commentary about many games (not just minecraft). Also if you don't like them, thats fine, 1million+ people do.
This is kind of fun, just to let you know I'm keeping score of all the people who believe the culprit is the yogscast and those that believe it is an undisclosed third party. There will be fabulous prizes later when (and if) the news breaks!
The minecraft community these kids are a part of is an internet-based community. Of course there will be cursing. So, kids/parents should know that there would be cursing before even going. Notch should get over it.
Kids ruin everything. No consoles, no online games, constant "noob" attacks, "He's a hacker" attacks, once they finally kill you they're the "boss", I can't say the F-bomb in front of them, but they can in their FPSes and online game functions.

Stop the hate on notch, I doubt he actually truly believes what he tweeted (I mean did anyone see what he said during the yogcast video lol). I think it's more that he had lots of parents complain and go apeshit and this is more PR then anything. My guess is the yogcast panel, intro vid, but there really isn't much to go off of.
We all know how crazy some parents are in NA, especially when it comes to censoring/protecting their children, that tweet is just PR imo.
There is no evidence that links that tweet to the Yogscast.
That is the general assumption but where is the conclusive evidence?
The evidence is, the Yogscast said "****" about 20 times during their panel.
There were no other "celebrity" panels really. Unless Deadmau5 has one and he swore.
Oh, ****. No evidence. Better go kill myself now.
DUH.
Livestream, check it out.
Yes, I've seen the video where they said naughty words, but there is nothing conclusive to link what Notch said to their actions.
Dude, you're just beating around the pubic hair at this point. It's quite obvious that our opinion is right.

Your baseless speculation MAY be right.
