I use Hypercam2 as my video recording software. When I play Minecraft, it runs smooth and perfect. When I'm recording and playing, it is all laggy and choppy. Is there anything I can do to make it not lag? If it helps, my computer is an HP G61 Model Laptop. Thanks for any help.
Minecraft doesn't like other RAM-intensive programs running while it is. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can really do, other than use a better computer.
Ok, my friend knows alot about RAM, I'll talk to him and see if I can get more installed. Thanks.
Ya, if you have any open slots, that'd probably work better than buying a whole new computer (if your current one's not too old). If you don't have it, also, get an off-board GFX card. I believe ATI and nVidia are at the top of the market, now-a-days.
If your sole interest is playing Minecraft (or similar games), I'd recommend getting a LOT of RAM. Minecraft basically runs off the ****.

edit: OR, for your gaming needs, this.
